Job Overview

The role of Territory Business Manager (TBM) requires, but is not limited to, building strategic relationships with Directors of Pharmacy, hospital pharmacy buyers, and key individuals within the acute care supply chain decision-making process promoting the Eugia portfolio of generic injectables.  

 

This is a remote position. The candidate must live within the Mississippi Valley Territory which includes Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with Directors of Pharmacy, hospital pharmacy buyers, and others within the supply chain decision-making process, promoting Eugia US portfolio of generic injectables and driving compliance of contracted products.

• Achieve or exceed all company sales objectives including sales targets for territory.

• Coordinate with all internal Eugia US team members (Sales Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain) as well as external team members (Territory Business Managers, National Accounts, Trade Relations) in order to pull through sales at the account level.

• Plan and organize efficient routing and maintain account information.

• Routinely analyze sales data to uncover trends and opportunities

• Provide competitive intelligence to management team.

• Attend trade shows and industry meetings as requested.

• Ability to travel overnight 30+% of the time.

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years documented outside pharmaceutical sales experience

• Solid knowledge of the generic injectables market with preference given to previous experience with generic injectables in the acute care arena

• Profiency in evaluating and/or negotiating pricing and product agreements

• Familiarity with IDNs, large health systems and comfortable calling on Sr level decision-makers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Must reside in the territory - Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana or Mississippi

Education & Experience

Degree from accredited College/University required or equivalent experience

Valid US driver's license required.
