Aurohealth LLC is a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes store brand Over the Counter (OTC) products. Our mission is to develop as many OTC products for the US retail market providing a consistent and reliable supply, at a fair price, and of the highest quality. Our targets include Rx to OTC switch molecules, ANDA & Monograph OTC products in various dosage forms / formats solids (tablets, capsules, soft gels), liquids, semi solids & nasal sprays. Our FDA approved manufacturing sites are located in USA & India.

Job Overview

The Associate Director of eCommerce will be responsible for developing and managing the ecommerce portfolio for Aurohealth.  The Associate Director of eCommerce will use his/her past experience to provide insight and knowledge of the online marketplace (Amazon,, and others) to leverage Aurohealth portfolio into an online brand.  They will also create processes and procedures required to execute the strategy, working with cross function teams to drive revenue and profitably.



  • Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, brand design, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy.
  • Manage the user experience of the product and website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, outside agencies, executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects.
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability.
  • Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.



  • From time to time additional responsibilities or projects may be assigned by the VP Marketing & Analytics.

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of online marketplace.
  • Proven experience with eCommerce projects.
  • Experience with B2C.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce technology.
  • Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees of the organization.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience and/or additional eCommerce.

Physical Requirements
