Aurohealth LLC is a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes store brand Over the Counter (OTC) products. Our mission is to develop as many OTC products for the US retail market providing a consistent and reliable supply, at a fair price, and of the highest quality. Our targets include Rx to OTC switch molecules, ANDA & Monograph OTC products in various dosage forms / formats solids (tablets, capsules, soft gels), liquids, semi solids & nasal sprays. Our FDA approved manufacturing sites are located in USA & India.

Job Overview

The Senior Brand Manager NA OTC Marketing is responsible for planning and executing brand initiatives aligned to North American portfolio strategy.  Reporting to the Head of Consumer Health, this position will shape individual brand strategy and implement  corresponding activation.  Role provides direction to the extended brand team and directly liaises with agencies and related departments, such as sales, supply, finance, legal, medical and regulatory.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Head of Consumer Health to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Identifies consumer, customer, market, and brand insights for competitive advantage.
  • Develops, executes and measures the impact of marketing programs.
  • Evaluates media/promotional programs.
  • Responsible for related execution associated with contract and promotional approvals.
  • Actively participates in North America  Monthly Business Reviews and other functional assigned meetings.
  • Develops and executes marketing research initiatives.
  • Participates in the annual brand planning process with keen understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and future trends.  Oversees annual brand plans to support delivery against brand objectives.
  • Actively manages OTC brand budgets.
  • Develops and sustains highly collaborative agency and cross functional working relationships.
  • Owns brand KPIs and respective ROI analysis.
  • Partners with global and cross functional partners to advance product innovation.

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements

  • Ability to analyze relevant marketplace data to assess opportunities and develop relevant strategies to maximize brand potential.
  • Must possess knowledge of OTC trade pricing, medical marketing and consumer spend.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional associates to include both domestic and international counterparts.
  • Experience in market insights, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Product management experience across various phases of a product’s life cycle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to bridge marketing and science.
  • Willingness to manage a heavy workload.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred and 5 years of relevant experience. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Successful track record in the consumer health or related industry with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires 3 years of experience leading brands.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work collaboratively with complex cross-functional and multi-level teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to remain focused in the presence of shifting priorities.
  • Motivated by results, urgency and personal commitment. Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic. Fosters mutual trust and respect.
  • Track record of consistently driving strong results.

Physical Requirements

OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: • Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work • Light to moderate lifting is required • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
